We ship throughout the continental United States. Shipping costs are additional to our website prices unless otherwise stated in the description. Due to the weight and size of the products, shipping costs will vary. Please contact us to discuss possible Ground Service via FedEx, LTL freight or personal pick-up. Liftgates are required for onsite pickup for a majority of our products. It may be more cost-effective to use your personal carrier. We recommend contacting us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Shipping costs will be sent in a separate invoice and must be paid prior to shipping.
Payment is due in full prior to the day of shipping or pick-up. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also accept ACH bank transfers and checks from US bank accounts. Purchase orders are not accepted. We do not ship COD.
C3 Cases products have a 1-year warranty on parts and manufacturer defects. We do our best to provide quality products; if you feel a product has a defect, please refrain from using it and contact us immediately. Any modifications made to C3 Cases products void the warranty. Incidental or accidental damage from overloading, improper use, or other causes voids the warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, our policy is that the customer is responsible for the return of the item to C3 Cases (3111 S. Valley View Blvd., B105, Las Vegas, NV 89102). Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or the manufacturer's equivalent model.
No responsibility is assumed by C3 Cases or CCC Enterprises, LLC for incidental or consequential damages, nor for damage to products due to accidental or misuse, neglect, alteration, or other causes not directly associated with defects in material or workmanship for any merchandise bought from us. All orders are shipped FOB; any damage during transit will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Customers dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason may return unused items within 30 days of receipt of the order. This policy does not apply to Custom or Made-to-Order purchases. Items must be in new condition, in their original, unaltered box, and must include all packing material. All associated items must be returned for a full refund. Refunds do not include shipping charges paid on the invoice or associated invoice. Shipping charges for all returns are the customer’s responsibility.
C3 Cases has a physical presence in the state of Nevada. All purchases made within the state are subject to the associated sales tax. Sales tax will be collected at the time of the invoice being submitted. If you feel your purchase is exempt from sales tax, please send your Resale Certificate to [email protected]. Some individual states require use tax on sale items coming into their states. Please check your state's policy and guidelines; any use tax on items purchased from C3 Cases will be the buyer’s responsibility.

By contract, we are the sole US distributor for the cable trunks, power distros, slam racks, and tool boxes listed on our website.
